Position Title: LCSW - Bilingual in Spanish
Position Type: Full-Time, Benefited
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000
Reports: Senior Program Director and CEO

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative and program consult and direction over community health programs, substance abuse programs, support groups, mental health programs, gender health care programs and more
- Conduct engagement and outreach with community to increase awareness of programs and services and increase needs of clients being met
- Collaborate with community partners including LA County Department of Mental Health Services, community based organizations, health plans, LGBTQ+ organizations and more to ensure needs of clients are being met
- Provide consult and direction over linkage to care and referrals to ensure needs of clients are being met
- Provide consult and direction over grant requirements related to behavioral health and mental health services and compliance requirements
- Maintain knowledge of compliance requirements related to behavioral health and mental health services
- Provide culturally competence and sensitive care to ensure the needs of diverse clients and communities are met
Qualifications
- LCSW licensed in the State of California
