Position Title: BCBA - Clinic Based

Position Type: Full-time, Benefited

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000, Sign-On Bonus, Benefits

Location: Riverside, CA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments while providing quality care and compassion to clients
  • Supervise and monitor assessments
  • Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs
  • Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification
  • Master's Degree
  • Experience in the field providing ABA based treatment to children and/or adolescents with developmental disabilities including autism spectrum disorder
